Returns

We want you to be excited about every item you purchase so if you want to make a return, send it back within 7 days!

Nahlé will authorize to process a Store Credit for any product purchased within 7 days* of the products original delivery date.

Although you may try on an item, all returned products must be returned in new, unused condition and in all original packaging (pouch and accessories included).

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Nahlé has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

If you would like to return a product simply email us at info@shopnahle.com with your order number, within 7 days for return delivery instructions. After the expiry of the 7 day period, no Store Credit can be offered.

The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will compensate you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection.

Nahlé cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns; For this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the product back to ensure it’s safe delivery with us.

You will receive your Store Credit once we have received and approved that the product is in it's original condition.

Sale products and products purchased during a discount period are also eligible for Store Credit within 7 days*.

 Nahlé reserves the right to refuse a return if these terms are not met.
